Inspire is Included Health’s annual client summit — a once-a-year gathering that brings together leaders from across our client community to learn, connect, and help shape the future of healthcare. Through inspiring keynotes, candid conversations, and peer discussions, Inspire creates space for clients to exchange ideas, explore emerging challenges and opportunities, and gain actionable insights they can bring back to their organizations.

More than a conference, Inspire is an experience designed to deepen partnership, spark fresh thinking, and reinforce Included Health’s shared mission with our clients. It’s where we showcase innovation, highlight real-world impact, and bring together senior leaders who are working to transform healthcare — so attendees leave feeling energized, inspired, and ready to take the next bold step forward.

Inspire 2027 runs March 1–3, 2027. Programming begins mid-day, March 1. We recommend arriving before 2 p.m. local time on March 1. The conference wraps by noon local time on Wednesday, March 3, to support travel home that afternoon. Agenda specifics will be rolled out starting this fall.

The closest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), which is about 30 minutes from Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa. We recommend arriving before 2 p.m. local time on Monday, March 1. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights, and Included Health will provide transportation between the airport and the resort with Lyft or Uber codes for arrivals and scheduled shuttle service for departures.

Business casual is appropriate for Inspire. Texas in early March is typically mild during the day with cooler evenings, so layers and comfortable shoes are a good idea. For Inspire After Hours on Day 2, plan for a themed evening — we’ll share details in advance.

To register for Inspire 2027, click the Register now at the top right of this page to begin. You’ll be prompted to fill out the form with your contact information to save your spot. After you submit, the Included Health team will send a confirmation email with additional details and next steps.

If your plans change and you can no longer attend Inspire, please let us know as soon as possible. While we do not have a formal cancellation policy, we ask that clients notify us at least two weeks in advance whenever possible so we can plan accordingly. Please contact the Inspire team at inspire@includedhealth.com with any attendance changes.

Inspire 2027 is complimentary for Included Health clients to attend. Attendees are responsible for their hotel and travel costs, and a discounted room block is available at $250 per night for registered attendees.

Inspire will feature a mix of keynote presentations, breakouts, roundtables, and networking opportunities designed to help attendees learn, connect, and leave with practical ideas to bring back to their organizations.

• Keynotes: Hear major announcements from Included Health, explore the latest product innovations, and experience executive perspectives, live demos, and stories that bring the future of healthcare to life.

• Breakouts: Go deeper into strategic topics, specific products, and solutions through focused sessions with practical takeaways and opportunities for Q&A.

• Roundtables: Join candid, peer-driven conversations with fellow healthcare and benefits leaders to share best practices, compare approaches, and discuss common challenges.

• Networking: Connect with peers, Included Health leaders, and subject matter experts throughout the event to exchange ideas, build relationships, and explore what’s next in healthcare.

Select mainstage sessions will be available to registered attendees following the event. Peer roundtables and closed-room sessions will not be recorded, in order to preserve the candor and openness of conversation.

Yes. A discounted room block is available for registered attendees at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa. Included Health will book rooms on attendees’ behalf, so there is no need to contact the hotel directly. Attendees are responsible for their own hotel costs, and rooms are available at $250 per night.

Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive next steps from the Included Health team, including a survey to share your travel information and any accommodations you’d like so we can book your hotel room on your behalf. If you need to make changes to an existing reservation, please contact inspire@includedhealth.com.

Yes. If you need to transfer your hotel reservation to another attendee, please contact inspire@includedhealth.com.

No. A hotel deposit is not required to guarantee your room for Inspire 2027.
